This is, more or less, how the bike looked shortly after I purchased it.

Of note is the V7 sport seat I replaced the stocker with, since the original 850T seat was mostly duct-tape. It made for a great sponge, though.

Other changes to come included fully adjustable Tommaselli clip-ons, a generic 7" headlight bucket to replace the smashed-up original, and a fresh coat of BBQ paint on the exhaust system. Far from pristine, it was a runner, and was a blast for 2 years before succumbing to the clutch-spline death that is very common in Guzzis of this era.
