Here we see the good ol' 7" standard headlamp & bucket which contains about a mile of wiring gathered up from inside the fairing. Probably saved 5 lbs just from all the excess electrics I tossed. Also apparent are the dropped clipons..they're as low as they could possibly go - right up to the tops of the headlight bracket..too bad they're not adjustable, though.

The retarded 16" wheel & baloneyskin tire remain, and are an accident waiting to happen. Anybody spare an old cheap 17" wheel? I have the fender, but it's currently removed for repair. Also tossed were most of the emissions doodads. I most happily trashed the monstrous canister between the front pipes. Still need to tend to the brake lever - though the "?" shape of it makes a great hook.

The seat could use refurbishment, though zebra fun fur will probably do the job until winter. The fuse panel was removed from the tripleclamp and now resides under the seat - no cutting required!
